Requirements:

Age: 21 +

  • Ability to complete the Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) as well as current Illinois ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain:
  • 1 yr of key holding experience adhering to standard opening and closing procedures
  • 5 yrs of documented leadership experience overseeing team members in any capacity
  • 7 yrs of cash handling and credit card transaction experience
  • Verifiable, satisfactory employment history
  • Weekend availability is mandatory
