General Questions
We do not allow any outside food or drinks in the park. We have a full cafe that includes various items such as pizzas, fries, wings, fountain drinks, water bottles, coffee, and more! We unfortunately do not provide gluten-free foods; but we do have vegetarian friendly options
Yes, however for safety reasons if you do not have grip socks from another park or from a previous visit with us, you are required to purchase our socks for $2.99 in order to jump in our trampoline area
Yes, however you will have to pay full price for our tickets and any food from the cafe. No outside food is allowed. You will also be required to pay a $75.72 upcharge (this includes tax). You are welcome to use any of our cafe tables but you will not be able to use one of our private party rooms.
No, however children over two years old that will be participating in our attractions must be paid for, at regular price.
No, however if there is someone new in your group who was not included the first time you signed the waiver you will have to complete an additional waiver for them. When the front desk attendant asks you to sign a waiver, all you have to do is let them know that everyone has signed one before.
No. Although, coupons may show up in your local newspaper. As long as you cut out the coupon and bring it into the park with you, it is redeemable.
We are in the process of getting our liquor license, so that will be coming soon! Until then, we do not allow any guests to bring their own alcohol of any kind.
Only those who are above the age of two and are going to participate in any of our attractions have to purchase a ticket. If you are only going to be supervising your children you do not require a ticket.
Tickets sell by the hour per participant. We have a one hour pass ($19.95), a two hour pass ($34.94), a four hour pass ($49.95), and an all day pass ($69.95).
Yes! The majority of our park is on ground level and we have a wheelchair lift (that you may use with the assistance of a staff member) to have access to our trampoline area. The only areas that are not wheelchair accessible are the playhouse, the rope course, and our upstairs party rooms.
Yes! We have something for all ages. We have attractions ranging from a ball pit and playhouse, to trampolines and pool tables. Young children and adults alike have something here to enjoy!
Our business hours sometimes change to reflect the needs of the community we serve. For Holiday, Spring Break and Summer Vacation hours-check our “Hours of Operation” under the “Info” tab, where we make frequent updates.

Saturday 12pm-10pm
Sundav 12pm-9pm
The bar and café closes one hour prior to the park closing.
Party Questions
Four out of our seven party rooms are handicap accessible. If you have someone in your party that needs a handicap accessible room, please call ahead so we can plan accordingly and ensure that happens for you.
Yes, every guest that gets a wristband will also get a pair of our socks, which gives them access to our trampoline area.
You can bring as many guests as you want. However, once you have used all of your bracelets that are included in the party, it will be an additional charge to you, the parent. For our $399.00 package it is $25 extra per person after 10 guests. For our $499.00 package it is $35 extra per person after 10 guests. For our $699.00 package it is $35 extra per person after 15 guests.
Yes! We typically allow guests to come 30 minutes before their party to decorate their party room with personal decorations. The party room will already be decorated with Mega Fun Park’s personal decorations but you are more than welcome to add on to it. If you think you need to come in the night before or earlier than 30 minutes to set up, please call Mega Fun Park (630-229-0444) to speak with our party coordinator.
You are more than welcome to purchase regular priced tickets so they can continue playing, however you will not be able to stay in your private party room.
We are not able to give you any refund for your party, even if you did not reach your maximum guest count.
You may request a specific party room when booking your party, however it is not a guarantee that you will be able to get that room Although, our party coordinator will work towards completing your request.
This is a first come first served service. The park is not responsible for refrigerating your item, although if we have room to refrigerate it we would be more than happy to.
The only outside food/drinks we allow for parties are dessert items (such as cake, ice cream, cupcakes, etc.). Coffee does not count as dessert. If vou are unsure if your food item counts as a dessert, please call Mega Fun Park at 630-229-0444.
No alcohol of any kind is allowed to be brought inside the park under any circumstance.
Absolutely! Any goodie bags or presents can be kept in your private party room.
Adults are not required to buy wristbands, or take your parties included wristbands, unless they are participating in any of our attractions. They will not be allowed to use the attractions if they do not have a wristband. They can also pay regular price for a wristband on their own.
If you signed one online and/or have previously signed a waiver for your kid(s) before then no. This is the same for any parents of your quests. ALL quests must sign a waiver at the front desk when they come in if they have not previously done so.
You are required to leave when your time slot ends, due to parties after you needing the space. You are more than welcome to use some of our cafe tables to put your belongings.
You can call beforehand or talk to our party coordinator when you first arrive for your party and choose between any of our three packages. We just request that you change your package before your party starts.
If you need special food to accommodate any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please call ahead of time so we can discuss your options.
Either is okay, however keep in mind that if you were to book it over the phone with us you would need to disclose private information over the phone such as address, phone number, and payment card. Coming into the park and booking a party in person is also an option.
Yes, the guest of honor does count as one guest.
If you want more food than what comes with your party you can always get more while you are here with the help of your party host! You can also let us know over the phone if you already know what extra food you want. Just keep in mind that all food outside of your package will be regularly priced.
You can cancel your party at any time by calling Mega Fun Park (630-229-0444) and paying our $25 cancellation fee.
If you have questions about your party prior to the day of, you can call Mega Fun Park (630-229-0444) and talk to our party coordinator. If you have any questions during your party you can talk to your party host about any questions or concerns.
